Job Description

The Marketing Assistant is a newly created, designed to support the delivery of product marketing initiatives across all brands under Baresque Group. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role offering a variety of tasks and exposure to every stage of product marketing, from launches to maintaining existing product information. 

Reporting to the Product Marketing Lead, you’ll help bring new products to market and ensure our product offerings are effectively communicated to our clients in the architecture and design sector. From coordinating sampling programs to maintaining accurate product data on websites and preparing sales collateral, you’ll play a critical part in showcasing our innovative products. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate product launches, including sampling programs and collateral creation, to support the sales team. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information across websites and marketing materials, including sourcing and resizing images. 
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align strategies for both new and existing products. 
  • Develop and maintain product value propositions and messaging that resonate with B2B buying personas. 
  • Support ongoing market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 
  • Collaborate with the Communications & Content team to create engaging product-related materials. 
  • Provide administrative support to ensure timelines and deliverables are met. 

Qualifications

  • Experience in a marketing role or similar (2+ years is advantageous). 
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • A proactive, can-do approach with the ability to think creatively and adapt quickly 
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop within the marketing field.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 
Hybrid Role
Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000
