About the Role

As the Local Integrated Media Manager, you will play a vital role in crafting and delivering media strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution across all channels. Your expertise will directly contribute to creating memorable campaigns and measuring their success.
Core Responsibilities
Media Strategy and Planning
• Coordinate media briefings, set KPIs, and report on media campaigns across MEA, utilizing an Owned-Earned-Shared-Paid (OESP) approach.
• Lead the local campaign planning process, mapping out key steps and coordinating relevant stakeholders to ensure exceptional execution.
• Support the Brand Manager in preparing integrated briefs and identifying the right channel specialists for each campaign.
Digital Media Management
• Oversee the performance and execution of content calendars for social media and YouTube channels in the MEA region.
• Develop and implement a Performance Marketing agenda, driving KPI tracking and leading post-campaign reviews to identify learnings and opportunities.
Collaboration and Coordination
• Work closely with global media teams to align strategies and integrate across all touchpoints.
• Manage relationships with media, social media, and creative agencies, providing strategic input and conducting regular evaluations to ensure top-notch delivery.
Performance Tracking and Optimization
• Establish and maintain robust processes for tracking campaign outcomes, analyzing results, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Actively drive performance reviews and utilize insights to refine future strategies and executions.
Qualifications:
• Educational background in Marketing, Business Development, or Strategy.
• 8+ years of experience in media management, with a strong understanding of digital media.
• Expertise in Performance Marketing, including KPI setting and follow-through.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
Skills:
• Exceptional teamwork and adaptability, thriving in dynamic environments with high levels of change and ambiguity.
• Resilient and solution-oriented, able to inspire and motivate teams even during challenging times.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
