Job Summary

A company is looking for a Banking Operations Specialist to manage customer inquiries and improve service delivery in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via CRM tools and complete daily cases according to standard operating procedures
• Analyze trends and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience and mitigate risks
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain knowledge of BSA/AML responsibilities as required

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a financial institution or customer-facing role
• Flexibility to adapt and collaborate on multiple assignments
• Proficiency with technical tools, including Google and Microsoft Suite, Slack, and CRM software
• Interest in implementing feedback and improving skills
• Basic understanding of the Banking Underwriting process is preferred
