VP of Marketing

We are a fast-growing SaaS company providing CRM solutions tailored specifically for performing arts schools, with a strong initial presence in music schools. As we expand our services to a broader range of performing arts disciplines, we're looking for a dynamic and experienced VP of Marketing to drive our growth strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of an innovative company at a critical stage of its growth.


The Head of Marketing will lead and execute the company's marketing strategy, overseeing all aspects of marketing, including demand generation, brand awareness, product marketing, content, digital marketing (SEO, social media, advertising), and events. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience in driving measurable growth and lead generation within the B2B SaaS space. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with the company's growth objectives and product offerings.



Responsibilities
  • Develop Marketing Strategy: Lead marketing initiatives to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and brand expansion in alignment with business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team; foster collaboration and accountability.
  • Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external marketing agencies (e.g., Creative, Ads, SEO).
