Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Reinsurance and Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, negotiate, and implement reinsurance structures that align with business strategy
• Manage relationships with brokers and reinsurers, including treaty renewals
• Lead the enterprise risk management function, identifying and reporting on key risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the commercial property and casualty insurance industry
• Experience in actuarial science and/or underwriting preferred
• Strong understanding of reinsurance structures and risk management practices
