Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with students to facilitate academic progression and resolve concerns
• Manage inbound and outbound calls while completing assigned work items
• Develop action plans and coordinate academic plans based on student needs

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in specified states: AZ, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY
• Bachelor's degree must be completed prior to applying
• Proficient in computer applications, including CRM and Microsoft tools
• General knowledge of higher education trends and fields of study
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a virtual environment
