Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appraising Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Appraisers to write repair estimates and coordinate customer interactions
• Recommend product developments and process improvements to enhance claims handling
• Establish infrastructure to detect and prevent violations of claims handling guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Significant claims experience required
• Familiarity with CCC Portal, Estimates, and Valuations
• Strong appraising and leadership experience
• Strong technical skills
• Familiarity with claims best practices
