Key Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend VA exam requests and process them accordingly
• Draft and submit clarification inquiries to the VA and enter information into the software for provider use
• Ensure necessary documentation and medical records are available for Veterans' evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible for a public trust clearance
• High school diploma or GED required
• Intermediate understanding of pertinent medical terminology
• Proficient typing skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs and general internet research
