Document Controls Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Document Controls Manager to join our team in our growing Municipal team!


Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the document control process, including receiving, tracking, and distributing documents, and ensuring that the latest revisions are available to the project team.
  • Develop and maintain document management procedures, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Quality Management teams to ensure that all documentation meets the required quality standards.
  • Manage the document lifecycle, from creation to archiving, and ensure proper records management practices are followed.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate document exchange.
  • Conduct regular audits of the document control system to ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to project staff on document control procedures
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of professional work experience
  • or Master’s Degree and 7+ years of professional work experience related to contracts
  • An additional 4 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of degree


$95,000 - $120,000 a year
Pay may be more or less dependent on education, skills and experience
