Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in Sales, or High School Diploma with 12+ years of experience
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• 10+ years of experience in the International Employee Benefit Industry
• Consultative sales experience and account management skills
• Existing network in International Employee Benefits
