A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Life Brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the life brokerage sales team to achieve production and revenue goals
• Oversee life brokerage activities including strategy, staffing, and sales training
• Participate in business development activities to enhance life brokerage sales

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (or relevant work experience)
• Life & Health Insurance License
• FINRA Series 6 and 63
• 15+ years of experience in the life insurance industry with a focus on brokerage distribution
• Proven success in a sales leadership or management role
