Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support and execute marketing campaigns, organize sales operations, and assist in the development of new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset to contribute to both marketing initiatives and sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotional efforts, and strategic plans

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment

  • Assist with customer acquisition, follow-up, and lead tracking processes

  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals

  • Maintain accurate sales records and analyze performance data

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity

  • Participate in client meetings and assist with event planning when needed

  • Support cross-functional team collaboration for continuous improvement

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or sales coordination role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
