Position Overview
Brightcove is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director, Event Production to lead the planning, execution, and innovation of our in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, as well as video-based projects within our digital marketing ecosystem. Reporting to the VP Corporate Communications & Brand, in this strategic and hands-on role, you will partner with the Global Marketing team to create experiences that captivate audiences, tell compelling stories, and align with Brightcove’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

Based in our Boston office, you’ll be working closely with the Global Marketing team, producing remarkable in-person, hybrid, and virtual events that align with our corporate strategy. If you have a strong background in event management with over ten years of experience, this role could be your dream job! In your role, you’ll design global event strategies, lead flawless livestream productions, and manage budgets effectively while ensuring that all productions meet the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for coordinating with vendors, managing a creative team, and keeping all projects on timeline and budget. Plus, you’ll have the chance to travel up to 20% which will give you the opportunity to connect with stakeholders globally.
