Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Events Assistant to support our event planning and execution efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring seamless event operations. This role requires strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing events from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site support.
• Maintain detailed records of event expenses and reports.
• Ensure brand standards and messaging are upheld at all events.
• Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
