The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Associate to work as part of the Clear Street LLC’s Clearing / Purchase and Sale team, a part of the operations division. This role will ensure reporting accuracy while contributing to the consistent optimization of our company. You will own the timely booking of trades, balancing versus the Clearing Houses & processing Option Exercise Instructions. You will communicate with external brokers and clients as well as internal traders and team members to support timely settlement and accuracy of books and records.

• You will perform daily reconciliations.
• You will monitor & resolve exceptions & rejects in trade flows & postings.
• You will reconcile & balance internal systems versus the NSCC, OCC & FICC
• You will process & balance Exercise & contrary instructions
• You will contribute to process improvement and the general operation of the team.

Requirements:

• At least two (2) years of professional experience in clearing listed options.
• Proficiency in either NSCC, OCC or FICC applications
• Series 7 preferred
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• You enjoy increasing efficiency by utilizing technology.

We Offer:

The Base Salary Range is $100,000 - $130,000. These ranges are representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Clear Street. Which range a candidate fits into and where a candidate falls in the range will be based on job related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. These ranges represent Base Salary only, which is just one element of Clear Street's total compensation. The ranges stated do not include other factors of total compensation such as bonuses or equity.
