Head of Sales

To continue driving our mission forward, we are looking for a Head of Sales to join our team!

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

  • Building and leading the sales team by recruiting, training, and mentoring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.

  • Monitoring the sales team’s performance, setting clear objectives, and driving the team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Personally contributing to revenue generation, setting an example as a sales leader through active engagement in sales efforts.

  • Conducting continuous market research to stay ahead of trends and identify new lead generation and revenue opportunities.

  • Working closely with the marketing team to ensure a consistent flow of qualified inbound leads that align with the sales strategy.

  • Developing and maintaining sales playbooks, one-pagers, and other sales enablement materials to support the team’s performance.

  • Continuously optimising sales processes and approaches based on real-time data and feedback, making quick, informed decisions to seize new opportunities.

WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH

  • A highly entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate independently and take full ownership of your success and that of the sales team.

  • Proven experience in building and optimising sales processes, with familiarity in using tools like HubSpot or Sales Prospecting Software to drive efficiency.

  • A hands-on sales approach with expertise in outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and effective outreach strategies via email, phone, and other channels.

  • A track record of meeting or surpassing revenue goals, with a passion for driving continued success in sales.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external partners, ensuring alignment and support for sales initiatives.

  • Language proficiency: Italian and English, both spoken and written.

  • Experience in large-scale project management. 

  • Experience working in a rapidly changing and growth-oriented environment

  • Professional experience abroad outside of Italy.
