Per portare avanti la nostra missione, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Account Specialist Meta che si unisca al nostro team.

  • Analizzare e comprendere le esigenze dei clienti;

  • Formulare offerte commerciali in collaborazione con il team marketing;

  • Gestire l'intero ciclo di vendita, dal primo contatto fino alla consegna del servizio, per tutti i nostri servizi;

  • Assicurare il follow-up sul fatturato derivante dalla manutenzione annuale;

  • Mirare alla massima soddisfazione del cliente e fornire un servizio clienti di qualità;

  • Condurre il follow-up commerciale, comprendendo la gestione del retroplanning, reporting e relazioni con i clienti;

  • Condividere con il team di vendita le informazioni sugli sviluppi di mercato e sull'andamento dei clienti assegnati.

COSA VORREMMO PORTASSI CON TE

  • Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 4 anni;

  • Costituiscono requisiti fondamentali aver gestito pacchetti clienti e la conoscenza del paid advertising;

  • Conoscenza del comparto tecnico META ,Google e TikTok (Business manager, MCC);

  • Conoscenza dei tools di riferimento (Ads power, Google analytic, Pixel, Meta business manager);

  • Conoscenza dei principali software CRM e di office automation;

  • Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese;

  • Empatia, ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative, organizzative e di leadership, con forte attitudine al problem solving.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Precedente esperienza lavorativa all’estero;

  • Precedente esperienza in people e/o large scale project management.
