Key Responsibilities

• Provide reliable virtual assistance across various tasks, ensuring timely completion and clear communication
• Support sales and marketing activities through data entry, research, content drafting, and reporting
• Organize and update tasks in Asana, maintaining progress notes and alerting the manager to any issues

Required Qualifications

• Located in the Philippines and eligible to work for a US-based company
• Experience in project support and marketing; sales support experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and varying task types
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools
• Proactive in seeking solutions and maintaining quality in deliverables
