Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive II to manage customer relationships and drive retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customer account management, ensuring high customer satisfaction and strong relationships
• Align products and services with customer needs, propose compliant solutions, and enhance account penetration through consultative selling
• Negotiate and renew customer service agreements, addressing escalations and collaborating with the sales team to identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
• 1 year of relevant experience or 5 years of business-to-business account management
• Preferred: Experience in cold calling and sourcing new business
