Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support target setting operations and analysis for the Sales Performance Strategy Quota Administration team
• Develop, administer, and maintain target setting processes across teams and products
• Responsible for quota setting, reconciling data sources, and developing complex reports

Required Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in Finance, Business, or Mathematics
• 4 years of experience in business and/or finance, particularly in compensation administration or sales operations
• Strong quantitative skills, including statistical analysis and data management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of BI tools and SQL preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
