Are you an ambitious individual looking to launch your career in HR within the exciting world of AI technology? Abstrabit is seeking energetic HR Intern with 0-6 months of experience to join our dynamic team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Selection: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, to extending offers.
• HR Management: Oversee onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and exit interviews.
• Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for employees and management, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-6 months experience in HR and recruitment roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A keen interest in HR and a desire to learn.
• Previous internship experience in HR or a related field is preferred but not required.
