Manager, Decision Science - EMEA

Company Description

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Partner with GHO Decision Science Team to adopt best practices of reporting and insights
  • Support Regional Office with customer and digital data needs; working directly with senior leadership at times
  • Grow, develop, and mentor in region analysts being the primary liaison to GHO
  • Understand the privacy landscape for customer data and pursue opportunities to evolve data strategy in region
  • Prioritization of in region requests as well as GHO support across different analytics functions (marketing, corporate strategy, customer experience, digital, etc.)
  • Partner with EMEA marketing team to develop processes, calendars, prioritization methods to deliver maximal value
  • Understand the EMEA data landscape across multiple external sources, including regional sources of Demographic data, Measurement tooling and others.
  • Own and lead data share-outs to both technical & non-technical cross-functional partners
  • Partner with stakeholders to define goals and measurement plans for new marketing campaigns 
  • Develop ad hoc queries and analyses that combine multiple tools, data sources and types to answer business questions  
  • Partner directly with GHO Data Strategy to ensure EMEA regional data needs are identified, communicated and prioritize

 

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Analytics, Stats Math or related field
  • 8+ years of overall experience, previous management expereince preferred
  • Familiarity with querying languages, database structures and Microsoft Office Solutions, particularly Excel and PPT
  • Experience with presenting and owning cross-functional meetings
  • SQL required: SnowSQL and PowerBI expereince preferred
  • Bi Tool - Power-Bi (preferred)
  • Experience in customer analytics – audience / segmentation work a plus
  • Experience with digital analytics – Google 360, Adobe (preferred)
  • Familiarity with retail and marketing analytics
  • Expereince with marketing sprint or other agile processes
  • Must have attention to detail with a strong focus on analytics
  • Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills
  • Highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment
  • Naturally curious, with a desire to dig deeper to find the why and identify the key trends/themes
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and best practices
  • Experience presenting in a cross-functional, collaborative environment to senior leaders
