Join Abercrombie & Fitch Co. as an Agent of Asset Protection in beautiful San Diego, CA, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our stores. In this position, you will be responsible for executing strategic Asset Protection initiatives across 3 to 6 locations, focusing on reducing shrinkage and promoting a culture of safety. You’ll collaborate with store management to achieve our goals by leveraging sales performance as a tool for shortage reduction. Your day-to-day will involve training store associates on our Asset Protection programs and compliance measures, conducting operational audits, and monitoring store activities for any signs of dishonesty. You will also drive investigations into inventory and cash loss, utilizing your skills in surveillance and interviewing to protect our assets. As part of our commitment to combat Organized Retail Crime, you'll collaborate with law enforcement and your fellow investigators. This role offers flexible hours that may include nights and weekends, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment while also advancing your career in the Asset Protection field. With a preferred background of 2+ years in asset protection and a relevant degree, your strong communication and decision-making skills will shine here at Abercrombie & Fitch Co.
