    • Build strong talent pipelines for key positions across multiple APAC markets.
  2. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to align on recruitment priorities, hiring strategies, and timelines.
    • Provide timely updates on recruitment progress and market insights, including talent availability, salary expectations, and competitor trends.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices and talent market trends across APAC.
  3. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from first contact through to offer and onboarding.
    • Engage with candidates throughout the interview process, providing transparent feedback, managing expectations, and fostering long-term relationships for future opportunities.
    • Promote the company’s values and culture to candidates, ensuring a clear and consistent message.
  4. Market Research & Talent Sourcing:
    • Conduct market research to understand trends in talent availability, salary benchmarks, and other recruitment metrics in India and across APAC.
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent, including passive candidates, across the region.
    • Participate in virtual job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to build the employer brand in the APAC region.
  5. Process Improvement & Reporting:
    • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to ensure continuous improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and best practices throughout the recruitment process.
    • Regularly review and refine recruitment processes to increase efficiency and improve the quality of hires.
  6. Employer Branding & Diversity Initiatives:
    • Support initiatives that strengthen the company’s employer brand in India market.
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in recruitment practices, ensuring diverse candidate pools for all open positions.
    • Participate in community engagement, including employer branding campaigns, university recruitment efforts, and diversity job boards.

Qualifications:
