We’ve already established strong product traction with mid-market and enterprise customers both in Europe and in the US. Our Team proved to know how to do outbound and scale in-house marketing activities to win leads. We are now unlocking a new revenue channel - partnerships.
Over the recent months, we’ve validated that this is a viable channel with immense potential for us, and we aim to scale it further within three streams - the SI partner ecosystems in the US and Europe, plus the Agency partner program in North America.
We’re now looking fora Director of Partnerships to join us and build our partner ecosystem among SIs from the ground up… well, almost from the ground up.
The north star is to implement Zowie’s AI to more and more Customer Service Teams to:
- Make their work 1.5x more efficient,
- Generate substantial cost savings,
- Improve customer satisfaction…
And ultimately help the businesses and their Customer Support thrive.

Zowie is on the hunt for a passionate and driven Director of Partnerships - SIs (Europe) to help build our partner ecosystem from the ground up. In this remote role, you’ll focus on establishing and scaling relationships with system integrators (SIs), driving our innovative AI solutions deeper into the customer service landscape across Europe. As a key player on our team, you won’t just be another cog in the machine; you’ll lead the entire partnership lifecycle, from strategic outreach and engaging demos to nurturing long-term collaborations. Your primary goal will be to empower Customer Service Teams with Zowie’s cutting-edge technology, making them 1.5 times more efficient and drastically improving customer satisfaction. Beyond managing partnerships, you’ll collaborate closely with our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive strategy that meets the needs of all stakeholders.
