About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated CRM Specialist to join our Marketing team and support the design, execution, and optimization of customer lifecycle programs across our digital signage SaaS platform. You'll play a key role in driving adoption, retention, and expansion by helping to manage and evolve our customer communications across their journey. Reporting to the CRM Team Lead, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product to make sure we’re delivering the right message to the right customer at the right time.
Responsibilities
Contribute to CRM documentation, training, and internal support as our processes scale.
