We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is comprised of over 80 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to write Yepoda’s story actively.

We are currently looking for a Junior OR Influencer Marketing Manager to spearhead our influencer marketing efforts and drive our expansion into the Polish market. We are open to meeting candidates with different levels of experience for this role.

Your tasks

  • You will research and identify new influencers to collaborate with Yepoda

  • You will be responsible for closing and maintaining relationship with 40 Influencers per month

  • You will handle the relationship management between influencers, their agencies and our brand, briefing them according to our expectations

  • You will execute our Influencer Marketing strategy to secure the company's revenue growth target

  • You will take the lead for the negotiations on performance and budget

  • You will analyze the Influencer Marketing campaigns to understand the results of our efforts reporting on relevant KPI's

Your profile

  • You graduated from studies in Marketing, Economics, Business or a related field

  • First experience in E-Commerce, Sales and/or Marketing, preferably in Influencer Marketing

  • Understanding of revenue targets and KPIs

  • You are focused on results, can think creatively, and have strong communication- and negotiation skills

  • Excellent Polish and English skills

  • Passion for Beauty, Numbers & Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube)

  • You have a hands-on attitude and you take ownership

  • Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets etc.). 

  • Experience with Hubspot and Storyclash are a plus

  • Preferably with the flexibility to start soon
