Performance Marketing Specialist

The candidate is required to demonstrate sensible business acumen to plan sales campaigns & activation, as well as the necessary technical skill sets: data crunching, campaign performance analysis, and marketing tools usage such as but not limited to: email, SMS/WhatsApp marketing. Well knowledge of optimization and marketing tools [Insider, Mailchimp, etc], relevant experience within fintech and or P2P companies will be a plus. 

Job description: 

  • Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy 
  • Create strategy and optimization for Google Ad campaigns (SEM, Discovery, GDN, UAC, etc) 
  • Create strategy and optimization for Social Ads ( Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tiktok Ads) 
  • Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO) 
  • Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS (Return of Ads Spend) 
  • Supervise the paid listings on third party websites and media partners 
  • Collab with CRM team to create strategy and optimization for email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.) 
  • Supervise all performance tracker and measure all marketing campaigns 
  • Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams 
  • Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets 

  • Up to 5 years of experience as Project Manager, Digital marketing, Campaign Planner, Product Marketing, or other relevant roles 
  • Proficient in spoken and written English 
  • Proficient with Microsoft excel, google sheet, and data analytics tools for generating insights. 
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools i.e. Adjust, mix panel, clevertap, ahrefs, sms tools, etc ● Google Ads Search and Display certified 
  • GAIQ certified 
  • Google Tag Manager 
  • Strong proven track record for managing millions in ad spend 
  • Email marketing platforms 
  • Self-driven 
  • Degree in Marketing communications or equivalent 
  • Past relevant experience in the Financial industry/fintech is highly valued

  • Able to process, synthesize and derive an actionable conclusion from big data;
  • Excellent project management skills and keeping on top of matters, including data crunching and generating data driven business recommendation; 
  • Sensible business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset; performance marketing and or product marketing strategy experience a plus 
  • Able to become an excellent individual contributor as well as a reliable team player.
  • Excellent relational ability; stakeholder management aptitude from mid to senior level across division and functions.
