Product Manager for Hardware portfolio 

We have 20 years of unique experience in both software and hardware, successfully serving B2B customers in over 80 countries worldwide. Our team of 400 YSofters enjoys the balance of a professional global workplace with the freedom to influence the company’s direction. All our hardware products are fully designed, developed, and manufactured in-house, supported by patented technologies. Our Ultimate card reader supports over 100 RFID technologies, including mobile phone authentication. The product is approved for global sales and meets technology certifications from partners like Apple. Do you want to join our team as a Product Manager? 

 

What you will do: 

  • Keep product (product family) backlog updated and clearly linked with product strategy 
  • Define, implement and analyze product performance metrics (customer satisfaction, growth) 
  • Participation on product strategy development for Y Soft Hardware products (RFID card readers and Linux-based Edge devices for our SAFEQ – Cloud) 
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and gather feedback for product enhancements 

 

About you: 

  • Solid experience in product management combined with a technical understanding of software and hardware technologies  
  • Ability to communicate with customers to capture the merit of their needs and solve their problems 
  • Ability to manage expectations and communications with major product stakeholders 
  • Understanding of product development processes - ability to understand what needs to be done to deliver a successful product to market 
  • passionate about products that combine hardware, software, mechanical construction and electronics 
  • Czech and English on advanced level 
  • Understanding of the IoT is a big advantage
