Are you an enthusiastic Java Developer interested in Hardware products? Join Y Soft and work on the embedded operating system that powers Y Soft’s core products – card readers and embedded terminals. Our card readers read up to 100 different technologies and we pride ourselves for our wide range of development activities and engineering competencies in HW/SW product field. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

• Development of the new generation of our card reader tool in Java 
• Cooperate in a small team of 2 engineers, 1 UX designer, and 1 QA 

Must-have experience: 

• Java 

Nice-to-have experience: 

• Overview of HW or some interest in HW (how things work) 
• Interest or skills in Scala 
• Python 
• Atlassian stack 
• .NET 
• JS, TS 

ABOUT YOU: 

• You are a Software Engineer who wants to work in a team and share together ideas and knowledge 
• Besides SW, you are also interested in HW 
• You are not afraid to openly share your opinion, take part in discussions, and ask questions 
• You speak Czech and English at an intermediate to professional level 
• You partake in keeping the atmosphere light and fun
