As an Executive Assistant (f/m/d), you will be the right hand of the founders and executive management (CEO & COO), working closely with the entire C-Level and the Board. You ensure smooth day-to-day operations and actively contribute to the strategic development of the company.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Directly support the founders in operational tasks to allow them to focus on critical business priorities.
  • Manage and organize dynamic schedules, including meetings, conferences, events, and business trips, ensuring proactive and forward-looking planning.
  • Collaborate closely with the C-Level and the Board to coordinate and align on key projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze and prepare data in Excel, create reports, and support decision-making processes.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and assist with legal topics by understanding relevant legal basics.
  • Anticipate the needs of the executive team and respond quickly to unforeseen developments.

How you will add value:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally with direct support of executives in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
  • A structured, independent, and proactive approach to work, combined with exceptional organizational talent.
  • Open and respectful communication, paired with discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Resilience and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • A solid understanding of legal processes and strong Excel skills for data analysis and report preparation.
