Key Responsibilities

• Conduct peer support coaching calls with members, sharing personal experiences
• Provide education on wound care routines and when to seek clinical support
• Construct personalized follow-up emails and educational tools for members

Required Qualifications

• Personal experience with chronic or recurring wound conditions
• Interest in flexible session-based 1099-contracting work
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable with technology and various software applications
• Must pass a background check and complete HIPAA certification before starting
