Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants to ensure high-quality project delivery
• Oversee customer implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence across all implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Project Management with leadership experience
• Strong background in system implementation and data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred
