Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to join their Solutions Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for transit in-vehicle technology, advising agencies and internal teams
• Develop expertise in the company's platform and communicate technical concepts to various audiences
• Support the full sales and deployment cycle for in-vehicle technology solutions, including design and ongoing customer success

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with mid- to large-sized transit agencies
• Deep knowledge of transit operations and technology, with at least 3+ years in in-vehicle systems
• Experience in customer-focused roles with a commitment to agency success
• Strong project management skills, capable of leading multiple complex projects
• Confident public speaker, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
