Job Summary

A company is looking for a Long Range Workforce Planning Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic insights into financial plans and resource utilization for business plans
  • Create statistical models and manage capacity for resources across multiple geographies
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure effective staffing and forecasting
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in service operations or Workforce Management for populations of 1,500+ FTEs
  • 2+ years of experience with Workforce Management software
  • 2+ years of vendor management or BPO collaboration experience
  • 2+ years of experience in scheduling and forecasting for call center and back-office departments
  • Advanced understanding of analytic and presentation tools
