Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Implementation Services to lead operational and functional initiatives within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of implementation professionals, managing talent and performance
• Oversee operational processes including scoping, onboarding, and reporting while driving strategic initiatives
• Enhance delivery methodologies and serve as a primary escalation point for customer issues

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software professional services or consulting, preferably in GRC
• 3+ years of direct people management experience with a history of leading high-performing teams
• Proven track record of driving operational or strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Expertise in customer relationship management and resolving complex escalations
• Deep understanding of professional services operations, including project scoping and delivery methodologies
