Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Team Lead with NJ, PA, and DE jurisdictional knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to ensure timely resolution through well-developed action plans
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority and communicate claim activity with stakeholders
• Supervise multiple teams, providing training and monitoring individual claim activities

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• Knowledge of NJ, PA, and DE jurisdiction required
