Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wholesale Customer Service Associate to support wholesale customers and enhance business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order processing, including entry, modifications, tracking, fulfillment, and returns
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Develop strong relationships with customers and maintain accurate account profiles

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service principles and practices
• Familiarity with order and warehouse processing systems; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
