Job Summary

A company is looking for a Web Content Manager who will support the Brand & Marketing department in managing web content and enhancing user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, update, and maintain web content using the Drupal CMS for organizational initiatives
• Monitor web request queue and collaborate with internal clients to meet deadlines
• Utilize analytics tools to measure performance and optimize content based on organizational KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Significant experience managing website content in an enterprise environment
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Jira)
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and CMS tools
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Excel
