• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field
• Proven track record in brand and go-to-market strategy for impactful offerings
• Experience leading teams and managing agencies in high-growth environments
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DOD) Security Clearance
