Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Enforcement Specialist Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a child support case management team and manage complex child support cases
• Train and orient Specialists on procedures related to child support obligations and compliance
• Provide testimony in court proceedings and conduct compliance reviews across district offices

• Demonstrated ability to guide and promote teamwork
• Experience in case management and handling multiple priorities
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies related to child support enforcement
• Experience in gathering and organizing client documentation for financial transactions
• Familiarity with legal processes, including preparing legal documents and court testimony
