Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - Hotel SaaS Revenue Management (RMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist hotel customers with the implementation and onboarding of the Revenue Management System (RMS)
  • Provide ongoing customer support and training to optimize the use of RMS features
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to manage system integrations and ensure data accuracy


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Technology, or Customer Support
  • Experience with customer support or ticketing tools such as Jira or Salesforce
  • Foundational understanding of hotel operations, including Front Office and Revenue Management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
