Academic Advising Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Academic Advising.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the University Student Success Coaching Program and manage staff
• Develop and refine business processes to support a one-stop student coaching model
• Prepare and monitor the department budget and assess student caseloads for optimal support

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution
• One to two years of related experience or training, preferably in higher education
• Experience as an academic advisor is desirable
• Demonstrated ability to uphold a Christ-centered mission and values
• Knowledge of service-oriented environments and ability to maintain detailed student records
