We are seeking a strategic, seasoned Director of Consultant Relations to spearhead the cultivation of new business ventures with leading consultants. This role is pivotal in molding Vida’s market.


Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with top consulting firms such as Aon Hewitt, Mercer and Willis Towers Watson
  • Proactively educate and engage consultants via various channels including direct outreach, social media, demonstrations and targeted campaigns
  • Support Regional Vice Presidents of Sales by contributing to ongoing sales initiatives and nurturing a pipeline of prospects
  • Regularly gather and relay market feedback to our Innovation and Product teams to help steer Vida’s strategic direction


Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated success working with major consulting firms within the healthcare sector
  • A deep understanding of the evolving healthcare landscape, especially within the employer market
  • Ability to grasp complex enterprise solutions and effectively leverage this knowledge in marketing and sales efforts
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills


$175,000 - $175,000 a year
OTE: $262k, base + commission
