Social Network Content Creator

  • Strategize, develop, plan, schedule, monitor, and distribute OOCA’s content across all platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead and collaborate with the creative team (graphic team) to develop high-impact social campaigns and viral-worthy content.
  • Provide expert-level copywriting and content strategy support across social media, internal communications, and external client and partner communications.
  • Identify emerging social media trends to inform content strategies and maximize audience engagement.
  • Conduct research on psychological facts and mental health topics to create unique, insightful, and value-driven content.
  • Engage customers and target audiences across social platforms to strengthen brand relationships and foster community engagement.
  • Optimize and implement AI tools to enhance content creation, social listening, and marketing workflows.
  • Continuously explore and integrate AI-powered solutions into daily tasks to improve efficiency, creativity, and performance measurement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Arts, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in creating digital content for websites, blogs, newspapers, magazines, or brand platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills in both Thai and English are preferable.
  • Passionate about self-learning and staying updated on psychological insights and mental health topics.
  • Highly creative mindset with the ability to develop unique, impactful content strategies that drive engagement and brand growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments under pressure while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Hands-on experience with social listening, content marketing, and research tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a strong ability to incorporate AI into content creation and workflow optimization.
