Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Revenue Operations team, optimizing core sales operations processes
• Own and manage the Sales forecasting process, delivering performance reporting and trend analysis
• Oversee Deal Desk operations and Sales Enablement initiatives to enhance productivity and training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations roles within B2B SaaS or software companies
• Demonstrated success leading teams that support high-performing sales organizations
• Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM administration, and forecasting best practices
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and BI platforms
