Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Specialist responsible for identifying and generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities through telephone and electronic communications
  • Initiate the sales process by cold calling and following up on potential prospects
  • Collaborate with client managers to ensure a smooth transition of qualified prospects to the sales team
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of telemarketing and/or inside sales experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
  • Ability to master product knowledge and learn complex solutions
  • Proficient in MS Office products and experience with CRM software preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
