Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers
• Provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data management experience for customers

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of customer-facing technical experience with enterprise accounts
• Competent in API/SDK concepts and programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, Java, or Python
• Prior experience with SaaS solutions in product analytics, digital marketing, or business intelligence preferred
• Strong execution and customer service orientation
• Ability to effectively prioritize and complete customer deliverables on time
