Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer Experience (VPCX).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer/patient experience strategy
  • Oversee the design and optimization of the customer/patient journey across all touchpoints
  • Drive customer/patient satisfaction and retention efforts through strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in customer/patient experience or customer care management, with 5 years in a leadership role
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in BrightTree utilization
  • Proven track record of leading customer/patient experience initiatives in a large organization
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience in cross-functional team management
