Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Credentialed Veterinary Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming cases via telephone regarding potential adverse events and questions from pet owners and veterinary professionals
• Document each case in an electronic record and follow up as necessary to ensure animal well-being
• Manage cases under pressure while providing accurate medical, health, and safety information to callers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active CVT/LVT/RVT License with at least 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic/hospital
• Ability to work varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with keyboarding, PCs, and common computer software
• Commitment to a 4-week full-time paid remote training process
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and company information
